Meet The Team
Dan Gordon started the Fulwider Corporation 25 years ago to invest in real estate properties in Philadelphia. These holdings have grown to where Fulwider Corporation and its affiliated companies now own almost 50 properties in the city. These residential holdings consist of small multi family and single family properties. The company is now expanding into the construction of new homes. One constant is that all the properties are located in Philadelphia. “I really love this city and what it stands for,” Dan says. “ My goal with every project and activity is to make this city better.” A resident of Philadelphia, Dan sits on the board of the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation.
Thomas Peters - PRESIDENT

Tom Peters has over 20 years of construction and real estate investment experience. Tom manages “day to day” operations of all the affiliated companies. Those duties include, but not limited to: Marketing, sales, construction management and profit and loss. Tom says, “Customer Satisfaction and quality workmanship are our keys to success.” Tom is an active member of his community. Tom resides in the greater Philadelphia area, with his wife and three children.
Jean Vizza - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Jean has been managing all Fulwider accounts for the past ten years. She is responsible for accounting and all administrative duties. Jean’s attention to detail is a vital part of the organization. Jean volunteers her time to local community groups. Jean is on the Board of the Edward A. Peters Memorial Fund. Jean resides in Philadelphia with her husband and four children.
Jibri Bond - BROKER OF RECORD
For 15 years, Jibri Bond has been working with customers to either purchase or sell homes. Within in his real estate career he has gained sales experience in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks counties selling hundreds of homes. He has even furthered his real estate career in obtaining his brokers license. Through his real estate experiences he understands and knows how to navigate his clients through the largest transaction of their lives and he takes his duty very seriously. Whether representing a buyer or seller he remains dedicated and works in good faith to exceed their goals and needs which is why over 90% of his business is from referrals.
Michael McMahon - SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Michael is the newest member of the team. He comes from a background in customer service and now is now the point of contact for all tenant concerns and handles leasing for all fulwider properties. He also manages our website and social media accounts.
